Quality inspection process of gabion net:
Before gabion knitting, all raw materials must meet the inspection standards
Tensile strength of gabion: 350-575 n/mm2 in accordance with SANS 675: 1997 standard of South Africa
Gabion ductility: greater than or equal to 10% in compliance with Euro 10223-3 test sample greater than or equal to 25 cm
Standard for zinc coating of gabion: galvanized traveler wheel center shaft 6 wheels repeated 4 times Meet sans 675: 1997 standard, no zinc precipitation, no wrinkle and no shedding
Gabion measurability: The mesh wires are wound each other at a speed of 15 per minute and then the galvanized layer is wound at the same speed in the opposite direction without breaking the precursor wires Comply with SANS 675: 1997 The gabine mesh is connected by binding wires.
