1. Bidding conditions
1.1 The 2018 Safe Drinking Water Consolidation and Improvement Project in Yajiang County has been approved by Yajiang County Development and Reform Bureau for construction by Yajiang County Development and Reform Bureau in YFGG [2018] No. 13. The owner of the project is Yajiang County Water Affairs Bureau. The construction funds come from the central budget funds, provincial financial funds, Yibin aid funds and local supporting funds, with the proportion of 22% of the central budget funds, 8% of the provincial financial funds, 35% of the Yibin aid funds and 35% of the local supporting funds, The Tenderee is Yajiang County Water Authority. 3. Qualification requirements for bidders
