1. Bidding conditions
1.1 The bidding project (project name) has been approved for construction by Nanjiang County Development and Reform Bureau (name of project approval authority) with NFGX [2018] No. 9 (name and number of approval document). The project owner is Nanjiang County Small Reservoir Authority. The construction funds are from the central and provincial financial water conservancy development funds (source of funds) in 2018. The project contribution ratio is 100%. The tenderee is Nanjiang County Small Reservoir Authority. 2.6 Project contract price:
The construction price of the Project is 5149445 yuan (including safe and civilized construction cost/yuan, stipulated cost/yuan, provisional estimate/yuan, provisional sum/yuan), which is subject to the reviewed budget bidding control price, and is reduced by 8% (safe and civilized construction cost and stipulated cost do not decrease). After that, the project contract price is 4737489.4 yuan. During settlement, the safe and civilized construction costs and fees shall be recalculated according to the relevant provisions of the construction administrative department.

3. Qualification requirements for bidders
3.1 This bidding requires that the bidder must have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, have the qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects issued by relevant national administrative departments (construction enterprises outside Sichuan Province must provide valid Registration Certificate for Enterprises outside Sichuan Province Engaging in Construction Activities in Sichuan Province with QR code), and have the corresponding construction capacity in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.
